THE BRIEF
Present a connected development offering clearly, then give prospective clients a useful way to start a conversation.
PROJECT SCOPE
THE WEBSITE
Help visitors find relevant formulation, evidence and manufacturing-readiness support.
Consistent pages, navigation and contact routes across the site.
A considered experience across desktop and mobile.
THE ASSISTANT
Tell the assistant about your product idea or challenge.
Receive helpful next steps based on a few questions.
A project summary is carried directly into the contact form for review and submission.
The assistant asks a few focused questions and carries a project summary directly into the contact form. Visitors review, edit and submit it there. It does not automatically book appointments.
DELIVERED
LET’S BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL
PRIVATE PORTFOLIO PROJECT / ZEN RECESS
A property website with a personal planning app inside. Conversation, editable budgets and clear scenarios help visitors explore how a different life could work for them.
Working project · The Zen Recess site remains password protected. Screens show illustrative example inputs.

THE BRIEF
Go beyond a property listing. Give a visitor a way to consider where they would live, what they would spend, what income could continue and how the Collection might support that plan.
PROJECT SCOPE
THE PLANNING EXPERIENCE
Explore who would share the experience, where they would spend their time, their lifestyle budget and continuing income.
The guide and manual controls work with the same plan. Calculations show rental cash, monthly savings or shortfalls, and starting capital.
Review the summary, copy it or download a branded report. Prepare a stay or ownership enquiry and review it before sending.
USEFUL INTELLIGENCE
Visitors can ask in their own words or use the calendar and budget controls directly. The guide can propose changes to the shared plan; a separate calculation model produces the figures.
The AI has a defined role. It helps visitors explore choices while keeping assumptions and the calculations visible.

BUDGETS & FUTURE CASH
Conservative, central and stronger figures appear together for monthly savings and cash after 2, 5 and 10 years. A shortfall stays visible, so the visitor can adjust the plan.
Starting cash $25,000After purchase and setup · Includes the cash reserve
THE CLIENT TAKEAWAY
The visitor leaves with more than a conversation. A three-page Zen Recess report brings together the plan, all three financial scenarios, the chosen year, operating costs and assumptions.
It demonstrates an approach Lannaex can adapt for personal budgeting and other planning tools around a client's own income, expenses and goals.

ONE APPROACH / THREE POSSIBILITIES
The same idea can serve different businesses: a helpful conversation, an editable plan and a clear client takeaway. Explore three directions below.
Illustrative adaptations · Fictional brands and sample budgets. These are interactive concepts, not client work or live AI conversations.
Each direction would be scoped around the firm’s services, calculation rules and privacy needs. An offline calculator and local reports are possible custom work; the live Zen Recess AI guide uses an online service.
PROJECT STATUS
Zen Recess is a private working portfolio project. The website, live AI guide, scenario model, report export and enquiry handoff are connected; property terms and financial assumptions still require confirmation.

LANNAEX / LEGAL
Effective October 20, 2026.
This website is operated by Lannaex, LLC, 3909 S Maryland Pkwy, Ste 314 PMB 481, Las Vegas, NV 89119, United States. Contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form.
This website introduces our work, white-label services, full customization and technology partnerships. It is intended for business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve services or establish a client relationship.
The client workspace supports reviewed proposals, invoices and recurring-retainer testing. Billing is currently in Stripe test mode: fictional test documents do not create a real contract, debt or payment obligation. Do not enter a real payment card into test checkout. Any future paid engagement must identify the agreed scope, fees, payment stages or recurring interval, delivery, licensing, intellectual property, data responsibilities and support in its written agreement. Website examples do not amend that agreement.
Invited clients can optionally set up an account to review their assigned documents and activity. Keep account credentials private. A private proposal or invoice link can permit document access without signing in; anyone holding that link may be able to review the document and accept its proposal. Keep private links confidential. Links expire and can be revoked; contact Lannaex for a replacement. An acceptance records the version reviewed and does not itself mean an invoice has been paid.
A test retainer displays its included work, USD amount, monthly or annual billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms before checkout. Starting recurring billing requires a separate confirmation and completion of Stripe-hosted test checkout; merely viewing a retainer or receiving an email does not start a subscription. Test cancellation is available in the retainer details and stops the next renewal at the current period end. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. The billing and cancellation policy below applies to new paid engagements when available. Tax configuration and live-billing readiness remain under review; the current test workspace does not create a real payment obligation. Applicable rights remain unaffected.
For new paid engagements with Lannaex, LLC. Initial billing is intended for US clients in USD. The client workspace currently remains in test mode; the policy below does not turn a fictional test document into a real agreement or authorize a live charge.
Your proposal sets out the work, deliverables, price, payment schedule and any engagement-specific conditions. Review it before accepting. Acceptance and payment are separate steps; accepting a project proposal does not authorize recurring charges. Any additional work or price change requires a written agreement.
Your proposal states whether payment is due in full, as a deposit followed by milestone payments, or on another agreed schedule. Deposits are credited toward the project price. Each invoice shows the amount and due date. Work begins or continues according to the proposal and the payments and client materials it requires. A link to pay an invoice does not give us permission to charge an unrelated future amount automatically.
To cancel a project, contact [email protected]. We will review the completed work, payments already made, and any previously approved third-party costs that cannot be cancelled or recovered. Any remaining balance or refund will be determined under the agreed proposal and applicable law. A deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because it was called a deposit. Agreed provisions about delivery, ownership and licensing continue to apply.
A retainer states its included work, price and whether it renews monthly or annually. It is billed in advance for each billing period until renewal is cancelled. Starting recurring billing requires your separate authorization at checkout. No trial, minimum term, usage overage or automatic price increase applies unless it is expressly disclosed and separately agreed.
You can stop renewal from the retainer details in your client workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the workspace will show the effective date after confirmation. Included services remain available through that date, subject to the engagement's agreed scope. If you cannot access your workspace or complete cancellation, contact [email protected] for assistance.
The same period-end rule applies to an annual retainer: its billing period is a year, not a month. An annual plan's included work and refund handling must be stated clearly before purchase. There is no additional cancellation fee under this policy.
Cancelling renewal does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case using the agreed scope, work delivered, unused prepaid services where relevant, the specific agreement and applicable law. This policy does not limit any refund or other right required by law. Any approved refund is processed separately; bank or payment-provider processing can affect when it appears.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a way to review the invoice and resolve payment. This initial release does not impose automatic late fees or automatically suspend or cancel services following a failed payment. Any future change to those practices must be disclosed and agreed before it applies.
Prices and any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Tax treatment depends on the service or product, the customer's location and applicable law. Tax-exempt treatment requires appropriate supporting information where applicable. A zero tax amount is not a promise that every future purchase will be tax-free.
A service proposal or retainer does not automatically grant a software licence. Downloads and hosted software require their own clearly disclosed licence or access terms, delivery conditions, renewal details if applicable, and refund/support terms before sale. Those product terms must be prepared for the particular offer before it launches.
The accepted proposal or product agreement records any engagement-specific terms. These policies are intended for new engagements after their adoption; they do not retroactively rewrite an already accepted agreement. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Illustrative brands, prices, conversations, fitness data and AI-generated photographs are examples. They are not client endorsements, offers for sale or promises that every feature is included in a project. AI output can be inaccurate. Fitness examples are demonstrations, not individual medical advice.

Effective October 20, 2026.
Lannaex, LLC operates this United States business-enquiry website. Our mailing address is 3909 S Maryland Pkwy, Ste 314 PMB 481, Las Vegas, NV 89119, United States. This notice covers this company website, its project guide, client workspace and restricted team workspace. Separate Exerbud accounts, purchases and client applications require their own privacy information.
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, service interest and message. Your company name is optional. You may also provide information in related correspondence. Please do not include passwords, payment details or private health information in an initial enquiry. Enquiries are saved privately in WordPress and a notification is sent to our administrator inbox.
If you start the project guide, your selected interest and conversation messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Keep your idea high-level and leave out confidential information, credentials and health information. The guide does not save a conversation transcript in WordPress. API requests ask OpenAI not to store responses for later retrieval; OpenAI may process and retain data under its applicable API policies. Messages may pass through hosting and security systems as part of operating the service.
If you choose to use a project summary in the contact form, your edited notes are temporarily carried in this browser tab using session storage. The handoff expires after 30 minutes and is removed when applied to the form. Nothing is submitted to Lannaex until you review and submit the contact form. Submitted notes then follow the enquiry handling and retention described here.
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your business needs and manage related correspondence. Authorized Lannaex, LLC administrators receive and manage enquiries. Client-workspace access is limited to assigned accounts, authorized team roles and the document access described below. We do not use this form to subscribe you to newsletters or promotional email lists.
We process client contact information, billing addresses where provided, account identifiers, proposal scope and terms, acceptance evidence, invoice amounts, due dates, subscription state, payment references and relevant activity records to operate the workspace, prepare billing and tax handling, and communicate about the work. Client accounts can see their assigned documents. Authorized team members receive permissions for their role; they are not given general WordPress administration access through a team account. Private document links provide access to a specific document and should not be forwarded.
Stripe hosts checkout and processes test payment information. Payment-method details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages, not in Lannaex enquiry or chat fields. We retain the references and status needed to match invoices and retainers to the workspace. Stripe processes information under its own privacy notice. Email providers process invitations, secure password setup or recovery links, proposal and invoice notices, and reviewed payment reminders. Designed emails load the Lannaex logo from this website; they contain no added marketing tracking pixel. Email systems may keep delivery records. Do not share payment details, passwords or private document links with the AI project guide.
Client, billing, acceptance and security records are separate from ordinary enquiry records and are not automatically deleted under the enquiry schedule below. We keep them to operate the account, maintain transaction and acceptance records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Before live billing, we will finalize the relevant record-retention arrangements. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a review of records; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. Removing an account or cancelling a retainer does not itself delete transaction history.
Hosting, security, form delivery and email providers may process technical or correspondence information to operate the website and deliver enquiries. The website runs on WordPress, with private enquiry storage and WordPress/server mail for administrator notifications. Hosting and security services may keep access or error logs to operate and protect the site. Rate-limiting stores a salted identifier derived from a visitor’s IP address for up to ten minutes; raw IP addresses are not saved with enquiries by the form. Access should be limited to authorized administrators and providers who need it for those functions.
We do not use optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tools on this website. Enquiry information is used for the response and related business correspondence described above. If the website’s data uses or providers change, this notice will be updated before new practices are introduced. Information may also need to be disclosed when legally required or to address security, fraud or legal claims.
We retain ordinary enquiry records and related correspondence for 24 months after our last substantive contact with you, then delete them or remove identifying information. A new message that meaningfully continues the enquiry restarts this period; routine automated messages do not. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the relevant project, contract and accounting records are handled under separate retention arrangements. Specific records may be kept longer where needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. You can contact us to request an earlier review, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Email [email protected] or use the contact form to ask about personal information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your request. Available rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on the law that applies; this notice does not limit those rights.
This website is directed to business clients in the United States and is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Updates will be reflected in the effective date above.

Effective October 20, 2026. No optional analytics or advertising tracking is used.
Cookies or similar storage may support essential website functions such as security, form operation or remembering this notice. This website stores acknowledgement of the cookie notice in your browser’s local storage for up to six months. Client, team and administrator sign-in uses WordPress authentication and security cookies. Private proposal and invoice access uses a document-specific cookie after opening an emailed link; that access expires within seven days, or sooner where the link is withdrawn, revoked or reaches its deadline. These cookies support access and security, not analytics or advertising. Stripe-hosted checkout uses its own cookies and related technology as described in Stripe’s notices.
When you choose to carry a project summary from the optional guide to the contact form, session storage temporarily holds your notes in the same browser tab. The handoff expires after 30 minutes and is removed when applied to the form. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
No optional analytics or advertising tags are added by this website. Analytics and marketing categories are therefore unavailable, rather than asking you to consent to services we do not use.
You can manage storage using your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect website features. Cookie settings in the footer lets you reopen the notice. If optional tracking is introduced later, the notice and controls will be updated for the actual tools and applicable requirements.
